Our Business
We work with brands, agencies, and organisations on textile collaborations, corporate workshops, and product sourcing from Japan. For wholesale and stockist enquiries, see below.
Textile Collaboration
We don't just make textiles. We help you decide what to make.
All collaborations begin with a development phase - concept alignment, material direction, and sampling brief - before moving into production. Working directly with master artisans across Japan, we bring considered, production-ready work to brands who value the thinking, not just the making.
We begin each project with a development phase; fees vary by scope. Production is quoted separately based on specification and volume.

Case Studies
Asahi Breweries, Ltd x Havas
Havas Japan approached us to design a workshop for a global Asahi internal event. We brought in yamanoteyamanote to create an original furoshiki exclusively for the occasion. Forty-two global directors made their own bags and wrappings by hand. One of the highlights of the programme.
CRCC Asia
Maori visitors from New Zealand came to our studio for a furoshiki workshop. We shared Japanese wrapping culture; they closed with a traditional Maori song. Two craft traditions meeting in a small Tokyo studio.
Furniture House No.1 × Shigeru Ban
Furniture House No.1 sits in the forests of Lake Yamanaka, designed by Shigeru Ban. We placed a selection of Link textiles inside with sashiko cushion covers, a furoshiki by Jonathan Lawes, and hinoki hanging poles. Craft and architecture in quiet conversation.
